the Homeowner's Advantage Program, we purchase the home from you for all
cash, up to 95% of appraisal price. We immediately resell the property to
people who need owner-financing to get into their new home.
To
qualify we'll need a state certified appraisal within 30 days (reimbursed to
you at closing), and your home must be in good condition with no major
